The Wedding Shed was proudly involved in Fig Tree Restaurant’s latest photoshoot for all furniture and décor. In display of this gorgeous venue that evokes a unique blend of classic country charm and modern Mediterranean, we also showcased a beautiful synergy between the booming slow floral movement and bespoke styling. Already feeling inspired? Read on to unleash our tips on how you can adapt the same vision across your special day, and simply romance yourself through the beautiful lens of Ivy Road Photography.
We collaborated closely with the talented ladies behind Bramblehaus, one of Byron Bay’s most sought after contemporary wedding florists that bury their ethos in working with only in-season, all Australian grown botanicals. Our styling for this shoot very much complemented their beautiful fresh floral palette.
We’ve worked here with elements of olive green, rust, muted nude, natural stone slab, paua shells and earthy clay ceramics from Pãn Pottery. Adding chalky white linens and natural timber textures to create warmth and some minor gold elements to elevate to a more luxurious feel.
We love layering our tables and creating a feeling of abundance with organic forms and shapes to fuse with the generous lushness of flowers. By being playful with our use of different textures and tones it enables us to create interest and depth .
Poolside cocktail styling with a luxe resort influence and contemporary Mediterranean edge. Clean all white structures, softened with an assortment of mini details - gold dipped stone, pillar candles, ceramics and florals to tie through the colour-way.
Our geometric gold arbour draped in blooms at different heights, framing your special moment against the backdrop of the stunning 150 year old fig tree itself and panoramic hinterland to ocean views. Muted tones and clean whites perfectly complement the ceremony space, taking centre stage.
