2026 Summer Venue Open Day - Fig Tree Restaurant

Styling the Summer Venue Open Day we wanted to achieve a look of modern European romance, blending a clean, monochromatic base with rich, seasonal accents. The overall aesthetic centered on elevated organic textures, pairing the structural lines of white bentwood chairs and mirrored ceremony plinths with the softness of billowed ceiling draping and draped linen. This contrast created a space that felt architectural and high-end, yet remained grounded by the lush, garden-inspired surroundings of the Fig Tree.

To bring this vision to life, we focused on intentional, tonal details that added depth to the airy venue. Deep burgundy taper candles and clusters of "toffee" and "blush" roses provided a sophisticated color pop against the crisp white tablescapes and ribbed glassware. We moved away from traditional floral vessels, instead using tiered silver fruit stands and crystal bowls filled with red grapes and peaches to create a "living still life" effect. These elements, combined with the warmth of woven rattan pendants and the romantic movement of the fabric-draped ceilings, resulted in a cohesive, multi-sensory experience that felt like a refined Mediterranean retreat.
