On the day, Zoe will be your onsite stylist to ensure all of the styling details, big and small, are taken care of. With a background in interior design and time spent working in London and Europe before settling in Byron Bay, Zoe is known for creating beautifully considered spaces that feel personal, polished, and effortlessly memorable. She has a talent for designing elevated and unique touches that transform a wedding into something truly distinctive and unforgettable.

Level Up with The Wedding Shed - $800

Design Concept & On-the-Day Styling Package 

A streamlined styling experience designed to bring your vision to life with expert guidance and seamless execution.

Your stylist will oversee all decorative setup at the venue and coordinate with key vendors such as florists and lighting teams to ensure every detail is styled exactly as envisioned. Personal items, signage, and finishing touches are thoughtfully placed so the overall look feels cohesive, polished, and effortless.

Inclusions:

• One Personal Styling Consultation (1 hour) with The Wedding Shed’s lead stylist to explore your concept and budget

• Mood Board & Quote – a tailored design direction and itemised quote based on your vision, venue, and budget

• Follow-Up Consultation (30 minutes) to review and refine selections

• Final Confirmation – approval and booking of all selected hire items

• On-the-Day Styling – 4 hours of onsite decorative styling to bring your vision to life (valued at $400, included)

The Aesthetics Package - $2,400

 A complete bespoke styling experience from concept development through to on-the-day execution

A fully bespoke styling experience for couples who want a beautifully curated and seamlessly executed wedding from concept to completion.

Whether you arrive with a clear creative direction or prefer a stylist to lead the design journey, this package ensures every detail is thoughtfully considered and expertly brought together. The result is a cohesive, elevated celebration where no element is overlooked.

Inclusions:

• Three virutal personal styling consultations with The Wedding Shed’s lead stylist

• Development of mood boards, colour palettes, and storyboards, refined through collaborative feedback

• A detailed styling brief outlining all decorative elements across ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

• Coordination and liaison with all decorative-related vendors, including florists, lighting, stationery, and installation teams

• Concept development for styling installations, including sourcing materials and obtaining additional quotes where required

• Detailed floor plans, seating layouts, and venue styling plans

• On-the-day styling (4 hours onsite) to oversee setup and execution of all decorative elements

• On-the-day coordination of all styling vendors during setup to ensure seamless delivery of the design vision
